MTF Series Diamond Tapered Machine Files

The MTF Series is specifically designed for use with pneumatic lapping machines and ultrasonic lapping machines. The flat tapered design is suitable for narrow-slot applications and provides improved handling for flat surface finishing and deburring.
With a special electroplating process, the files maintain good tool life even under high-speed reciprocating operation. Available in three grit options and two overall length options to meet a wide range of machining requirements.
