Mini Ceramic Fiber Stones

Mini Ceramic Fiber Stones are cut by ceramic fiber stone, their size from 0.5 x 0.5 mm to 1 x 2mm. Ideal for various mold and dies lapping.
Traditional oil stone and ruby stones in such a small sizes are very easy to break, while mini ceramic stone provide high strength and high elasticity. Due to its hard to break, they resolve the problem of using these stones.
Applications
Designed for detailed mold finishing, Mini Ceramic Fiber Stones reach narrow slots, deep ribs, recesses and engraved details that are difficult to access with standard stones. Their excellent cutting action, strength and shape retention make them ideal for removing EDM scale and machining marks, as well as precision deburring and polishing.
