The electroplated bond provides high grit exposure and excellent cutting action. With no molding restrictions, these points can be produced in various sizes and shapes, with diameters down to Ø0.3 mm.
Diamond points are recommended for tungsten carbide, ceramics, sapphire, quartz and glass, while CBN points are suitable for hardened and heat-treated steels. Ideal for micro-hole, internal bore and jig grinding.
